As requested, I am sending you the information for Affiliate Membership in the Barstow Association of Realtors®.

As an Affiliate you will be considered a Realtor® so you will not be paying C.A.R. or N.A.R. dues.  The following fees are what you are required to pay as an Affiliate Member:

Barstow Association Dues                            $  60.00

Barstow Association Set-Up Fee*                $100.00

TOTAL                                                          $160.00

*These fees are charged when you initially join the Association(s).  You will not see these set-up fees again when you renew next year.

RE:     APPLICATION FOR MLS MEMBERSHIP

For membership in the Barstow Multiple Listing Service the following fees are what  are required to pay to become a Multiple Listing Service member ONLY.  If you choose to also apply to become a member of our Association, additional fees will apply.

Broker Participant Fee:                                               $250.00 (One Time Fee)

MLS Monthly Subscriber Participation Fee*               $  50.00 (Per Broker/Agent)

Listing Input Fee                                                         $    5.00 (Broker Input)

                                                                                  $  10.00 (Association Input)

Changes                                                                     $    3.00 (N/C for Pending or Sold info)

Photos                                                                        $      .50 (Per Photo loaded by staff)

*This monthly fee is charged to the Broker as well as all agents in his/her office and is charged monthly whether or the agent logs on to the MLS.

Our Multiple Listing Service is provided by Rapattoni and is an Internet Service.  You must have access to the Internet to utilize our Multiple Listing Service.
